Person-centred means that our work together is led by you and whatever you bring to the session. Integrative counselling, means that we can work out what works for you by exploring different approaches.

I offer 1:1 counselling sessions with adults and young people aged 16+.

Sessions can be in-person, at a beautiful garden studio at Potager Gardens, near Falmouth. I also offer sessions online and on the phone.

Each session is 1 hour and is charged at a rate of £45.

I offer concessions to students, carers, refugees and those on low income at a rate of £35 an hour.

Please get in touch for a free introductory phone call of 30 minutes.

In the free introductory session we usually discuss the kind of work you want to do, what our sessions might look like, where they will take place and other practicalities. It is an opportunity for us both to get to know each other: there is no obligation to have a set number of sessions, we can just see what feels right.

Connection with the natural world is fundamental to my own well-being and can be part of our work together if you want it to be. I am able to offer tailored nature-based sessions, including skills such as fire-lighting or foraging, so please get in touch if this is something you would like to explore.
